Our staging days, besides the necessary logistics, also involve cleaning and restoring (when possible) items.

Downsizing sales
When space is running out and you realize that the majority of your "treasures" have been packed away and haven't been used in years and you also realize how much you have been paying in storage through the years, it may be time to consider a Downsizing Sale. This kind of sales are also for people moving to a smaller living situation and wishing to monetize a big part of their Estate. Downsizing Sales reach several goals as gaining space, avoid storage units bills, cash flow and more. We will work with you in sorting the items you are willing to let go. These kind of sales can be done online, by appointments or in a more traditional way, depending on your logistic needs.
Probate and realtors
Our customer base is made of families dealing with the loss of a loved one, people moving, downsizing, etc. But we also work with Realtors and Probate Attorneys. Realtors have some specific needs, usually they are working with a timeline in order to make the property available on the market asap and require the house to be clean and ready for showings and contractors fast. We are familiar with these needs and we are ready to deal with them. Probate, Trusts, etc. are also part of our clients. In these cases, we will listen carefully to the Trustee or the Probate Attorney in order to liquidate Estates in a way that satisfies their legal requirements. From selling a car through a power of attorney to find buyers in ways that fits their particular client and logistics.
No Franchise fees
We are a small and agile structure which allows us to customize crew size, advertising, etc. for every job. We don't belong to nation wide franchise which requires a lot of overhead that cuts into the clients profit. We are able to modify our approach seamlessly to each job. Once we accept the job, it will be treated in the best way possible regardless of the size. You won't be dealing with a 800 number or call centers, you will be speaking, from beginning to end. to the people that are actually conducting your sale and can be reached at any time. However, we advertise on the same platforms as major companies. But we have a more comprehensive and creative approach to marketing and sales since we are not tied to any corporate guidelines.
CleaN OUTS
We work with a few Clean Out providers that we have known and worked for years at very competitive pricing. After the sale, we offer this service where the property will be completely emptied from remaining/unsold items and everything else (things laying around the yard, attic, garbage, etc.) that need to be removed so the property can be put on the market or used in a different way. Our crew, disposes of the items through regulated facilities and pay the related fees. We also dispose of controlled items as paint, electronics, etc. through the appropriate channels like the Hyperion and such. Properties will be left clean to a floor sweep. If you require additional help, we provide professional detailed cleaning. We also offers Clean Out services when there is no sale but the property just need to cleared.
Buy Outs
In some instances, for several reasons ranging from lack of enough sale items to precious metals, collections, coin and such, we provide a Buy Out service. We have an extensive portfolio of dealers and collectors that can speed up the sale of certain items that wouldn't be ideal to have at the sale (jewelry is an example). We can shop and get our clients the best deals without any kind of issues like collecting the money or safety. Once you accept the offer, we will take care of everything and provide you with payment within hours. We offer free appraisals to our customers as long as they are willing to sell through us. This formula sometimes is used for downsizing sales when the homeowner still lives in th property.
